Maintenance
Yes, on-site maintenance is available M-F during business hours. Emergency Response Maintenance can be contacted at 952-540-8600
You can submit a maintenance request, by logging into your resident portal, selecting maintenance request at the top and answering all neccesary questions before submitting.
You do not have to be present for a technician to perform necessary repairs. When submitting your request you can leave instructions for the technician to follow before entering your home.
Amenities
The Pooldeck is available from 10am until 10pm daily.
West Lake Quarter has no breed restrictions so all dogs & cats are welcome.
There is a one-time pet fee of $300 for dogs & $200 for cats, with a monthly rent of $50 for dogs and $25 for cats.

The Mezz features a full-size in-unit washer and dryer while the Original has on-site washer and dryer on each floor.

Appointments are preferred, which can be easily made on our website or by contacting us at 612-920-1210, otherwise we do allow walk-ins

Our application approval process generally takes 24-48 hrs to process.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid via your resident portal which is found on each buildings website. You can pay by card or bank account.
Renters insurance is required for all residents and we require a minimum personal liability amount of $100,000
Leasing
We require a gross income of 3x your monthly rent for a standard deposit otherwise 2.5x for a conditional deposit.
We have many studios,1 ,2 and 3-bedroom apartments available for immediate move in.
